Tasks
As a Head of Sales (m/f/d) at Consultport, you'll own and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and hit ambitious targets. You'll build and lead a high-performing SDR team while personally managing the full sales cycle: from lead generation to deal closure. You report directly to founders of Consultport and will work directly with senior decision-makers at leading companies. You'll develop key client relationships and ensure consistently high levels of client satisfaction. This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role at a fast-growing company where you'll have real ownership over results and the opportunity to grow with us.
Strategic Sales Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve organizational goals and revenue targets
- Identify business opportunities and drive growth initiatives
Team Management
- Build and manage a team of top performing SDRs, fostering a high-performance sales culture.
- Set clear individual and team performance goals, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team.
Sales Performance
- Completion of the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Drive the implementation of sales best practices to improve conversion rates and overall sales effectiveness.
- Ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets and KPIs.
Client Relationships
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, up- and cross-selling, ensuring always the highest customer satisfaction.
Innovation
- Continuously improve our sales processes, innovate our approaches and drive customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 3 years in leadership managing a sales team.
- Proven track record of success in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, strategies, and methodologies.
