The Human Resource team is a small but growing team who are supporting Allica Bank and its employees to reach their ambitious business goals.

Role Description
The newly created HR Advisor role at Allica Bank will be responsible for working with the HR Business Partner and the wider team across all areas of HR.
This is a truly generalist role and no two days will be the same. The HR Advisor position involves collaborating with the HR Business Partner and the broader HR team on various generalist topics including employee relations, supporting management capability, and promoting employee engagement and well-being.
This role also provides the opportunity to manage projects that enhance our employee experience, working collaboratively with people managers to implement effective HR strategies.
Principal Accountabilities
Employee Relations
Empower managers with the guidance they need to navigate employee relations challenges, including those that may result in dismissal.
Foster collaboration with managers to elevate their skills in best practices for managing employee relations effectively.
Innovate and enhance policies and processes that resonate with Allica’s vision for strong employee relations.
Enthusiastically address queries related to policy and procedure across the bank.
Talent and Development
Join forces with the HRBP to craft and implement impactful learning and talent development initiatives that empower the growth and development of Allica employees.
Collaborate with managers to understand their talent and development needs and provide effective solutions that support delivery.
Reward and Recognition
Collaborate with the HR Business Partners and HR Operations Team to make the annual reward and bonus cycle a success.
Work alongside the HRBP to benchmark and elevate rewards and benefits in your area of the business.
Stay attuned to market trends and best practices regarding rewards, inspiring how Allica can empower its employees.
Policy and Process
Support policy development in line with legislation and best practices.
Harness our HR data to craft insightful reporting and dashboards.
Foster collaboration with the HR operations team to ensure seamless delivery of HR processes.
Design and deliver transformative training to support the execution of HR processes.
Engagement
Build strong and trusting relationships with your stakeholders.
Work with your aligned functional groups and the wider HR to support and develop colleague engagement and ensure that Allica remains a great place to work.
