We're partnering with a leading wealth management firm to recruit a Human Resources Analyst to join their HR team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical and systems-focused HR professional looking to combine people analytics, HR systems, Learning & Development, and regulatory training support within a highly professional and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Produce and analyse HR, training and compliance MI
• Support Training & Competence and SM&CR processes
• Manage and develop LMS and HR system functionality
• Coordinate professional qualification and CPD administration
• Drive reporting automation, data integrity and process improvements
• Support wider HR projects and stakeholder initiatives
We're keen to speak with candidates who have strong Excel and reporting skills, experience working with HR systems, and a genuine passion for data, analytics, and using insights to drive better people outcomes. You'll enjoy working with complex datasets, identifying trends, and translating information into meaningful recommendations that support decision-making across the business.
