Description
- Support the end-to-end process of system migration within the HR department.
- Maintain and update system documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve system-related issues.
- Assist in testing and validating system changes and updates.
- Provide training and support to HR team members on system functionalities.
- Generate reports and insights from HR systems as required.
- Ensure data integrity and security within HR systems.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR system processes.
Profile
The successful HRIS Analyst - Fixed Term Contract will have:
- Experience with system migration and documentation processes. (Workday, SAP or Oracle)
- Module experience to include: Core HCM, Payroll, Recruitment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in HR systems and reporting tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of data security and compliance requirements.
Job Offer
- Salary ranging from £55,000 to £58,000, dependent on the level of experience.
- Fixed-term contract in the financial services industry.
