The following are the duties of this position at the full working level. If this vacancy includes more than one grade and you are selected at a lower grade level, you will have the opportunity to learn to perform these duties and receive training to help you grow in this position. Designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions, including ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, and related modules, ensuring alignment with IRS enterprise architecture and businessrequirements. Developing, implementing and maintaining ITSM processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management. Developing workflows and automation solutions using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor tools. Supporting integrations between ServiceNow and external systems (e.g., identity management, monitoring tools, data repositories, and legacy IRS systems) using APIs, MID Servers, and web services. Participating in migration and transformation efforts, including transitioning legacy processes into ServiceNow based digital workflows. Collaborating with senior developers, analysts, and stakeholders to gatherrequirements and support solution development.
