Do you feel scared and alone when opening the AWS console? Do you wish you could just tell Claude to manage your infra, and it would just work? Do you dream of a future where software is abundant and developers and normies alike are free to build their wildest dreams?
We're Railway, and we think infrastructure can be better. We're working at the forefront distributed systems engineering, interface design, and agentic computing to bring about the infrastructure platform we've always wanted. So far we've built out a platform loved by 3M+ users and we're just getting started.
Fair warning! The problems are complex: racking and stacking servers, home-rolled hypervisors, cut-above container orchestration, over/under/whateverlay networks, virtio device drivers, edge proxies, IAM that doesn't suck, kitchen sinks - we need to build it and we're looking for likeminded individuals who think this stuff is fun.
