Apollo Research is a leading AI Safety org. Our goal is to understand and evaluate scheming and to prevent catastrophic harms that scheming AI might cause. We build tools to make the deployment of powerful AI systems safer.
You’d build the infrastructure (IaC, networking, observability) Apollo depends on, decide the controls that keep pre-release models safe and have a direct impact on our relationships with frontier labs.
We’re looking for 7+ years infra/platform/DevOps, multi-account cloud and IaC depth, and have built a platform from scratch. If done this at a high-growth startup, owned infra at a high-performing org, or built services real users depended on, you’re likely a good fit.
