Naval Facilities Engineering Systems CommandYou will serve as a Senior Project Planning Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the Planning, Design, and Construction (PDC) Directorate's Strategic Planning Division (PDC3) of NAVFAC NORTHWEST.You will provide planning and design expertise and guidance to stakeholders on facilities programming and development.You will lead interdisciplinary teams in the development of infrastructure projects that can improve efficiency and quality.You will evaluate and monitor facility construction project timelines and milestones, including budget.
