INTERDISCIPLINARY ENGINEER/ARCHITECT
in the Office of the Deputy Operations Officer of
NAVAL FACILITIES ENG COMMAND
HAWAII.You will work with multiple BL/SL, AOPs, PWOs, ROICCs, develops and implements strategies to ensure smooth program execution through proactive management of delivery POAM's, including prompting external demand signals and support resources.You will execute operational Business Plan objectives, assessing compliance of the vertical execution team with established business practices, and making recommendations for changes.You will provide overall guidance to internal operational elements regarding supported command issues. Detailed knowledge of the DON organization, strategic plan, vision, and values, DoD, specific client related standard business practices.You will monitor and report monthly on Top Supported Command initiatives, as well as other high priority/ high visibility issues / projects and programs active in the Command.
