in the Project Management Branch of
NAVAL FAC ENGINEERING CMD FAR EAST. ACCESS TO MEDICAL AND DENTAL CARE IN JAPAN IS EXTREMELY LIMITED.

You will provide supervision, assistance and guidance to other PMs, engineers/architects, or other NAVFAC codes as appropriate.You will actively supervise a diverse technical staff comprised of civilians and military staff. The exact number of subordinates is subject to some fluctuation, depending on projected workload.You will be responsible for the project management features of work related to military construction (MILCON) and large special projects, as well as centrally managed programs.You will serve as liaison between project technical team, Operations office, and Supported Commander.You will review the work by team members and Architect-Engineer (AE) consultants for conformance with applicable criteria to ensure safety, quality, cost effectiveness.You will manage staff workload and expectations to ensure mission success.
