Designs, develops, integrates, deploys, and sustains secure application solutions and automations that improve mission decision support and operational readiness.Leads full-stack application development including engineering, coding, testing, and deployment of complex software solutions supporting mission priorities.Utilizes Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), SharePoint Framework (SPFx), and modern web technologies.Ensures solutions are scalable, maintainable, and comply with approved architecture and enterprise standards.Utilize web technologies, such as (JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Node.js) to build and maintain applications and mission platform modules (e.g., Maven Smart Systems).Engages stakeholders to gather and analyze functional and nonfunctionalrequirements, business rules, data flows, and interfaces.Translates operational needs into detailed technical specifications, solution designs, interface definitions, and development plans.Conducts trade-off analyses addressing security, performance, maintainability, interoperability, and lifecycle considerations, ensuring alignment with governance and enterpriserequirements.Creates dashboards and visualizations to improve information timeliness, accuracy, and usability while reducing manual effort.Designs and implements authorized integrations and automated data pipelines to support cross-functional data interoperability with appropriate data security controls.Develops applications, workflow automations, and analytics that transform mission data into actionable decision support.Oversees the secure software development lifecycle fromrequirements through deployment, sustainment, and modernization.Implements secure coding and development practices (access control, input validation, logging/monitoring) and manages changes via configuration/change management processes.Maintains technical documentation and monitors application health, promptly troubleshooting and resolving complex production issues to maintain mission continuity.
