Analyzes problems and determines appropriate action.Analyzes assigned groups of requests for new or updated automation resources, assessing user defined needs and justification, and recommends items for purchase and/or possible alternatives.Prepares software/application programming specifications, develops computer programs and provides automation support for computer systems.Tests and debugs developed programs for proper execution and makes corrections or revisions as needed.
