You will serve as a leader or a member of a project team to implement new cybersecurity technologies, policies and procedures.You will utilize technical expertise with a variety of enterprise security tools (such as Web Filtering, IDS/IPS, Vulnerability Scanning and Patching/remediation, Anti-virus, Log management) to implement a layered defense-in-depth security posture.You will apply a strong technical background in Microsoft and/or Linux/Unix server, Virtualization, desktop Operating Systems, Microsoft Active Directory, and network design and monitoring to execute a cybersecurity incident response program.You will exercise strong project management experience and apply well-developed interpersonal communication and writing skills to advise team members and colleagues regarding cybersecurity issues and concerns to recommend course(s) of action.You will be responsible for providing inputs to Systems Security Plans as required for network certification and accreditation using the Department of Navy's Risk Management Framework.
