This IT Specialist (INFOSEC) position is located in the Office of Energy Infrastructure Security.As an IT Specialist (INFOSEC), some of your typical work assignments include: Demonstrating deep cybersecurity expertise across IT and OT environments, conducting and leading comprehensive assessments to identify weaknesses, recommending best practice solutions, and highlighting strengths. Developing clear, technically accurate, and audience appropriate written products, including assessment reports, white papers, independent research summaries, and/or executive briefings. Delivering confident and effective briefings in a team environment to diverse audiences ranging from technical teams to senior executives, including out briefs on prioritized assessment findings within compressed timelines. Leading and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to conduct cybersecurity assessments, performing open-source research, responding to time sensitive incidents and preparing timely, accurate summaries of cyber incidents, responses and lessons learned.
