This National Guard position is for a IT SPECIALIST (NETWORK), Position Description Number D2389000 and is part of the PA 271st Combat Communications Squadron, National Guard. 1 or more Position(s) may be hired against this Announcement.As an IT SPECIALIST (NETWORK), GS-2210-11, you will coordinate frequency needs with command level spectrum management office to maintain current allocations and obtain new authorizations. Provide technical expertise and oversight in the installation, administration, optimization, operation, and maintenance of multiple large and enhanced complex networks and communication systems. Develop and recommend technical solutions to mission and customerrequirements. Manage Commissioning and Acceptancerequirements for contractor delivered operating systems and services. Adhere to management control planrequirements by conducting self-inspection and staff assistance visits. Resolves identified discrepancies. Perform other duties as assigned.
