About the Position: Serves as a IT Specialist (Network) for the Joint Activities located at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Only resumes up to a total of two pages will be accepted.Provides resident expertise with Joint datalink operations, from network design and tactical planning through execution.Manages command-specific datalinkrequirements, including testing, implementing, and documenting OPTASKLINKs, COMSEC, and Joint Networks.Provides professional advice to influence senior executive decisions and state approved command positions.Conducts training on datalink operations, applications, and newly integrated technologies.Conducts training on communications operations, applications, and newly integrated technologies.Ensures efficient use of resources by preventing undesirable duplication of effort and informing agencies of progress.Ensures complete program interface by exchanging information with other organizations and evaluating their programs for Army applicability.Convenes expert groups to reviewrequirements and make recommendations on specific research and development projects.
