The position is an IT Specialist focused on the business and performance side of technology. The position ensures IT services are running efficiently, meeting goals, and staying on budget. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation.Monitors, tracks, and analyzes IT operational budgets, expenditures, and service costs.Tracks operational performance against established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Drafts, updates, and maintains technical documentation, local policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).Analyzes technical performance data and system reliability reports to detect recurring bottlenecks or negative trends.Translates complex technical and financial datasets into clear charts, dashboards, and executive summaries.Acts as a liaison between technical engineering groups, business management offices, and end-users.Evaluates existing IT service workflows and administrative processes to identify inefficiencies.
