negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service.Recommend enhancements to current automated systems, new approaches, and new methods.Design, implement, and maintain complex and dynamic database management systems to support clinical and administrative functions, ensuring data integrity, security, and accessibility.Provide advice and assistance to users of hardware/software necessary to accomplish future missionrequirements including economic analysis of design concepts.Provide technical guidance, training, and direct supervision to employees.Maintain a constant vigilance against potential security breaches on all assigned computer and information systems.
