U.S. Army Forces CommandAbout the Position: Located at XVIII Airborne Corps ,US Army Forces Command Fort Bragg North Carolina.Responsible for representing the contracting officer in evaluation of contract performance of the operation, maintenance and supply support of communications and information systems and cloud.Serves as the IT Specialist and provides technical assistance including configuration, installation, upgrades, and on-site troubleshooting of desktop hardware, peripherals, laptops.Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) software, application softwarerequirements.Assists in developing the strategy to streamline business processes for optimal use of system integration with all collaborative tools within the organization.Performs Windows server system administration duties on clustered VMWARE (virtual servers), cloud-based containers, and blade server environment .Ensure optimal data availability and functionality of installed network servers, zero clients, and Windows desktop workstations
