
IT Specialist (SYSANALYSIS)
Army Tank-Automotive and Armament Command (TACOM)About the Position: Serves as IT Specialist in the CM Corporate Information Office at the Detroit Arsenal, Warren Michigan.Coordinates the analysis, design, development and maintenance of processes and IT systems which support the organic industrial base (OIB) of the TACOM Life Cycle Management Command (LCMC).Analyzes customerrequirements by interview and on-site meetings using six sigma and other analytical techniques.Uses analysis techniques to develop system design packages to include a proposed technical approach, best business practice evaluation, and market survey of commercial products where appropriate.Completes or oversees the completion of all aspects of assigned projects.Serves as project lead with responsibility for one or more systems or program application.Establishes and maintains collaborative relationships with DOD and commercial entities that establish standards and business practices related to
