Serve as senior technical expert and technical lead for complex IT software products, including public-facing and enterprise systems, with responsibility for modernization, architecture, and alignment with mission needs. Lead DevSecOps implementation and oversight to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient product development, deployment, monitoring, and sustainment. Direct cybersecurity compliance and authorization activities, including support for the Information System Security Assessment and Authorization program. Provide technical leadership for data strategy, data dissemination, process automation, and AI/ML adoption to improve service delivery, operational efficiency, and business outcomes.
