You must apply to both announcements if you want to be considered for both.As an IT Specialist (Systems Administration), you will perform the following duties: Serve as a Systems Administrator for the Information Management Office (IMO), responsible for the installation, operation, management and utilization of Information Technology (IT) systems and software/hardware solutions. Identify and implement procedures to resolve diagnostic, monitoring and performance issues. Develop and document systems administration standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the infrastructure systems. Provide expertise on guidelines and processes concerning the operation, implementation and use of information technology systems, services, and activities. Serve as a technical authority providing advice on IT methodology and techniques. Lead and manage IT projects, collaborate with IT and business teams assessing new technologies, methods, and approaches to modernize and improve existing Infrastructure solutions.

EMPLOYMENT: Must be able to obtain and maintain Microsoft Windows Systems Administration certification.
