Electronic Health Record ModernizationThis position is in the Office of Technology, Architecture and Engineering (A&E), with the Department of Veterans Affairs'(VA), Electronic Health Records Modernization Integration Office EHRM-IO within the Office of the Deputy Secretary of VA (DEPSECVA). The incumbent is responsible for supporting test environments and procedures required for the production deployment of a new Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.This is a non-bargaining unit position. The work requires almost constant use of a video display terminal.Major Duties: Plans, schedules, executes, monitors, and reports on various efforts that design, engineer, and operate test environments and test software product solutions or efforts related to the creation and operation of organizational capabilities. Collaborates with customers and business domain owners to define and refine the test environments and testing scope,requirements, and deliverables; obtains business and information technology sponsor approvals.
