AK Supermarkt VillingenZur Verstärkung unserer IT-Abteilung suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen IT-Support-Mitarbeiter (m/w/d). Sie sind erste Ansprechperson bei technischen Problemen und unterstützen unsere Mitarbeitenden bei der Nutzung der IT-Systeme.
Aufgaben
Annahme und Bearbeitung von IT-Anfragen
Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von PCs.
Einrichtung und Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten und Zugriffsrechten.
Dokumentation von Supportanfragen und Lösungen
Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer IT-Systeme und Anwendungen
Qualifikation
- Erfahrung im IT-Support oder in einer ähnlichen Rolle
- Kenntnisse in der Fehlerbehebung von Hard- und Softwareproblemen
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Kundenorientierung
- Fähigkeit, unter Druck zu arbeiten und Probleme effizient zu lösen
- Grundlegendes Verständnis von Netzwerkprotokollen und -diensten
