MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Junior Procurement Analyst to join our team in Halawa, HI.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- The Junior Procurement Analyst supports the coordination of procurement services by assisting with document preparation and tracking the status of open purchase orders.
- They help monitor the delivery status of materials and ensure that records are accurately maintained within organizational databases.
- They assist in preparing procurement schedules and ensure that necessary materials and data are available for senior analysts.
- The Junior Procurement Analyst drafts technical records for procurement tasks and assists in the coordination of activities across theater locations.
- They maintain foundational knowledge of special operations requirements and assist in preparing documentation for program deliverables.
- They help monitor regional vendor conditions and assist senior expeditors in identifying routine supply and service needs.
- The Junior Procurement Analyst takes direction, guidance, and mentoring from more senior staff.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to follow established procurement SOPs and maintain accurate technical records.
Desired Qualifications:
- Foundational knowledge of FAR/DFARS regulations or a related field.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking procurement metrics.
- Familiarity with basic logistics and supply chain systems.
Clearance Requirements:
- Must have a current/active Secret security clearance
