Junior Reporting Analyst
SpecsaversWe're looking for a Junior Reporting Analyst to join our Global People Analytics team and help shape how people data supports decisions across the business.
You'll play a key role in managing incoming data requests, working with stakeholders to understand what they need and delivering clear, accurate insights. Day to day, you'll use SuccessFactors to create tailored reports and datasets, while spending time in Excel analysing, cleaning and validating data.
You'll maintain regular reports that support core business processes, ensure information is shared with the right people at the right time, and keep key documentation up to date. Alongside this, you'll support colleagues in using reporting tools and produce simple guidance to make data easy to understand and apply.
With multiple requests on the go, you'll stay organised, work to deadlines and continuously look for ways to improve processes and reporting outputs.
You'll thrive if you're detail-oriented, confident working with data, and comfortable managing competing priorities. Strong Excel skills and clear communication are key, and experience with systems like SuccessFactors is helpful but not essential. If you're ready to grow your analytics skills in a collaborative, global team, apply now and be part of shaping data-driven decisions across Specsavers.
