Explains to team members the action items, projects and/or program issues under review, problems to be solved, deadlines and time frames for completion.Participates in the work of the team, coaches and facilitates problem solving and assists in identifying solutions to accomplish the work. Distributes assignments in accordance with workflow, skill level and specialization.Analyzes functional and technicalrequirements of proposed or existing IT systems to determine avenues of development or modification. Participates in systems requirement reviews and clarifiesrequirements.Prepares system change/programming specifications, and specifies programming instructions, inputs and outputs, structures, and other analytical products to document the functional and technicalrequirements.Tracks progress throughout the life cycle of the project. Applies technical knowledge to ensure project schedules and objectives are accomplished. Convenes regular in-progress reviews and maintains productive interaction with stakeholders.
