We are looking for a visionary, highly strategic Staff Product Designer (L4) to join our Channels UX team and serve as the overarching design leader for Twilio's Email Products. Following our recent announcements at SIGNAL, Twilio is expanding its communication footprint with the General Availability of Twilio Email inside the reimagined Twilio One Console. Built on our industry-leading, high-deliverability engine, this new capability is explicitly designed for product teams and developers who want to embed email directly into broader, cross-channel communication workflows alongside Messaging and Voice. In this role, you will define the strategic user experience vision for this rapidly expanding product line, while also steering the long-term design architecture for our foundational SendGrid email platform.
