About the job
At Twilio, we are shaping the future of communications, empowering millions of developers and hundreds of thousands of businesses globally to build personalized customer experiences. We are looking for visionary, highly strategic Staff Product Designers (L4) to join our Channels UX team. In this role, you will serve as a foundational systems thinker and design leader overseeing Twilio's core communication products (including Voice, Email, and SendGrid infrastructure).12
Rather than focusing on a single silo, you will help us treat channels agnostically to design cohesive, multi-channel journeys inside Twilio's modern One Console ecosystem. You will own information architecture, naming frameworks, complex API configurations, and developer workflows that establish long-term trust and usability for builders worldwide.
