About the role:
As a Lead/Senior Solution Engineer, you will play a central role in helping customers understand and realize the value of Parloa’s conversational AI platform. You’ll guide prospects and customers through their technical journey, from discovery and solution design to validation and successful handover.
This is your opportunity to operate at the intersection of technology and business, shaping how enterprises adopt agentic AI while influencing product direction through direct customer insight.
Areas of ownership:
- Technical Sales Ownership: Lead the technical aspects of the sales cycle, from discovery and solution design to validation through Proof of Value and Proof of Concept engagements.
- Solution Design & Architecture: Design scalable, enterprise-ready solutions tailored to customer needs, ensuring feasibility and alignment with business goals.
- Customer Advisory: Translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value, guiding both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Account Collaboration: Partner closely with Enterprise Account Executives, co-owning accounts and supporting strategic sales initiatives within the territory.
- Product & Feedback Loop: Represent the voice of the customer by feeding insights into Product and Engineering to shape roadmap and improvements.
