Key responsibilities:
- Drafting and revising commercial contracts, policies, and other legal documents
- Protecting and registering intellectual property rights
- Ensuring legal compliance across various areas, including data protection, marketing, payments, and consumer rights
- Providing legal support, research, and consultation on day-to-day operations
- Analyzing and mitigating potential legal risks
- Working with financial institutions, including account opening, KYC, and compliance procedures
- Liaising with law firms and service providers across different jurisdictions
- Assisting with potential legal disputes
Required experience:
- Master's degree / LLM from a reputable university
- 5+ years of experience in international or top-tier law firms, or in legal roles at IT companies
- Fluent English
- Experience working across international jurisdictions
- Strong background in contract law and intellectual property rights
- Knowledge of corporate and tax structuring is a plus
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive mindset, with willingness to work on a broad range of legal matters and think creatively to solve complex issues
- Ability to multitask, with a keen eye for detail
- Cross-cultural experience is a plus
- Positive attitude and a high aptitude for learning new things
