[MMS] Cloud Engineer (GCP/Azure Managed Services)

We are looking for a Google and Azure Cloud Engineer to join our managed services team, supporting clients in the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and optimization of their Google Cloud Platform/Microsoft Azure environments. The scope includes ongoing platform support, incident handling, monitoring, and ensuring the stability and security of cloud infrastructure.
Position – how you’ll contribute
- Monitor, maintain, and support GCP and Azure environments for managed services clients
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure incidents and service requests
- Manage cloud resources including Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL (GCP) and Azure VMs, Azure Storage, Azure SQL, App Services, and Azure Functions
- Configure and maintain networking components: VPC, Cloud DNS, Private Service Connect (GCP) and Virtual Networks, VPN Gateway, Azure DNS, NSGs, Private Endpoints (Azure)
- Ensure security and compliance through IAM, Org Policies, VPC Service Controls, Secret Manager, Cloud Audit Logs (GCP) and Azure AD / Entra ID, RBAC, Azure Policy, Defender for Cloud (Azure)
- Manage infrastructure using Terraform and Azure DevOps / Cloud Build / GitHub Actions pipelines
- Collaborate with client teams and contribute to documentation and runbooks
Expectations – the experience you need
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform and Microsoft Azure core services
- Good understanding of GCP and Azure networking
- Knowledge of Azure security fundamentals (Entra ID, RBAC, Azure Policy, Key Vault, Defender for Cloud) and GCP (IAM, Org Policies, audit logging, Secret Manager)
- Experience with Terraform (required) and Bicep(is a plus) for infrastructure as code
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Cloud Build)
- Ability to troubleshoot complex GCP and Azure infrastructure issues independently
- Good communication skills in English — client-facing environment
Additional skills – the edge you have
- Experience with AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service)
- Experience with GKE (Google Kubernetes Engine)
- GCP Associate Cloud Engineer or Professional Cloud Architect certification
- AZ-104 and AZ-305 certification preferred
- Familiarity with ITIL or service management frameworks
