Role Overview
The Paid Media Specialist will work across Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns for partner brands in ecommerce, retail, lifestyle, consumer products, premium goods, and service-based markets.
The role requires strong hands-on paid media experience, clear analytical thinking, practical optimization judgment, and the ability to communicate campaign performance in a structured and professional way.
The ideal candidate understands how to review paid advertising data, identify performance issues, improve campaign structure, test creative angles, monitor budget efficiency, and produce clear recommendations that support better business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Review campaign structure, audience targeting, budget allocation, bidding strategy, and conversion paths
- Monitor key performance indicators including CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, lead quality, and budget efficiency
- Identify issues in campaign setup, tracking, creative performance, funnel quality, and landing page conversion flow
- Review ad creatives, hooks, messaging, visuals, offers, and campaign angles
- Prepare clear campaign reports, optimization notes, and performance summaries
- Recommend practical next steps based on campaign data and commercial objectives
- Support campaign testing, scaling decisions, and performance improvement plans
- Work with remote teams across different markets and maintain clear written communication
- Keep campaign documentation organized, including changes, observations, results, and recommendations
Required Experience
- Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns
- Hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
- Experience with Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max, or similar Google Ads campa
