As our new District Sales Manager, you will be managing and developing Peerless Pump sales through business partners and direct channels across the South Central (Houston or Dallas), formulating winning sales strategies, building strong distributor and contractor relationships, and driving revenue to meet or exceed established targets.

You can be based anywhere in Houston or Dallas, Texas and will work remotely.
What makes you a great fit
Above all, you are a results-driven sales professional with 5+ years of experience in pump markets, strong technical acumen to read and interpret project specifications, and the communication and leadership skills to inspire business partners and win new business. We would also imagine that you have:
- A Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field with 5-10 years of experience in pump sales or a closely related industry.
- Strong understanding of pumps, their markets, and applications across Industry segment.
- Professional sales skills including key account strategy development, pricing negotiation, and business partner management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and e-business tools.
