About the Role
We’re looking for a People Business Partner to join our People Team and help support our remote GTM and Engineering organizations as the company continues to scale in size, complexity, and commercial maturity. You’ll work closely with GTM and Engineering leaders and teams, helping us bring a thoughtful people lens to how teams scale, how leaders lead, and how we maintain a high-trust, high-accountability culture in a fast-moving remote environment.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in async, fast-paced environments and is excited about building developer tools that scale to millions.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
In this role, you’ll:
Partner with functional and executive leadership to navigate org design, performance, and day to day people decisions.
Coach managers and leaders to improve support, consistency, and judgment across their teams.
Maintain and champion a high-trust, high-accountability culture within a globally distributed environment.
Scale people practices and programs thoughtfully without overbuilding unnecessary or heavy handed processes.
Collaborate cross functionally with Recruiting, People Ops, Legal, and Finance to ensure alignment on GTM and Engineering organization initiatives.
Manage employee relations and team health proactively to ensure the GTM and Engineering organizations remain healthy, effective, and world-class.
You Might Be a Good Fit If You
Have 5–10+ years of experience as a People Business Partner in high growth tech environments, specifically supporting distributed GTM or Engineering teams.
Are comfortable working in remote first or globally distributed environments and operating asynchronously.
Communicate clearly across both technical and non-technical audiences, with strong instincts for written communication.
Have experience in org design, performance management, and coaching senior leaders without being heavy handed.
