Performance Director
THE INDEPENDENT RECRUITER LTDSalary: £65,000–£70,000 + 10% Bonus Location: Remote (UK)
I’m currently supporting a high-growth B2B marketing consultancy in their search for an experienced Performance Director to lead demand generation and performance marketing across Enterprise and SaaS clients. This is a senior role for someone who can confidently sit between strategy and execution, ensuring commercial intent translates into measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B demand generation, SaaS growth, paid media, SEO, full-funnel performance, and revenue marketing. You’ll be responsible for turning strategic direction into clear execution priorities, leading optimisation and experimentation programmes, and presenting commercial performance insights to senior stakeholders. You’ll also manage and develop a team of paid media and search specialists, maintaining high standards of delivery and commercial alignment.
To be successful, you’ll bring at least five years’ experience in agency or consultancy environments, with hands-on expertise across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, HubSpot, Salesforce, and marketing automation platforms. Strong analytical capability, forecasting skills, and the ability to translate complex data into clear commercial narratives are essential.
This role suits someone who takes ownership of outcomes, thrives in high-autonomy environments, and can create clarity from complexity. You’ll combine analytical depth with decisive action and continuously improve how teams work and perform.
The package includes a £65–70k salary, a 10% quarterly bonus, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, wellness days, birthday leave, early-finish Fridays, monthly coaching, conference access, clear progression pathways, a MacBook Pro and flexible working within a supportive, inclusive culture.
If you’re a commercially-driven performance leader looking for a role where you can make a genuine impact, we love to hear from you.
