Late applications will not be accepted.Acts as the technical lead for IAM projects, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery; leads complex troubleshooting and incident response for identity; provides technical leadership on design, advanced support, troubleshooting, process improvement, and documentation for all IAM issues. Mentors and coaches junior engineers, specialists and app teams to build identity management capabilities. Leads IAM automation initiatives to streamline identity provisioning, access requests, and self-service capabilities; develops and implements automated IAM workflows. Continuously reviews and optimizes IAM workflows and processes to meet customer needs, reduces risk and enhances efficiency. Defines and executes the long-term strategic roadmap for the IAM ecosystem, aligning technology capabilities with Senate priorities.
