WHAT YOU'LL DO

In this role, you'll be responsible for winning and growing business for Braze AI by collaborating with the Braze sales team and engaging new and existing senior customer relationships. The ideal candidate has at least 5+ years of experience in one of the following industries: enterprise sales, consulting, marketing technology, AI, or marketing. You will need to bring an entrepreneurial mindset and index on action; you can navigate complex tech evaluations with Enterprise Brands, and you excel in fast-paced environments. You can collaborate well with others and gain leverage by enabling colleagues.

In particular, you will:

  • Help lead discussions with potential new Braze AI Decision Studio customers.
  • Work with our pre- and post- sales teams, along with current and future Braze AI Decision Studio customers, to determine the highest-impact applications of our AI solution and help quantify their impact
  • Enable your colleagues in AI Decisioning by training them on the nuances of reinforcement learning and its application in marketing.
  • Participate in Braze AI Decision Studio Proofs of Value (POV) motion to ensure they progress successfully, working closely with Braze AI Decision Studio’s technical Implementation team.
  • Communicate customer needs to Braze AI Decision Studio’s product & marketing teams, ensuring a customer-centric product roadmap.
  • Attend marquee meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows to represent Braze AI.
