Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
We’re looking for seasoned product designers to join our Growth & Monetization area—a cross-functional space that spans core product experiences like onboarding, account management, admin tooling, billing, and beyond. You’ll simplify complex workflows, contribute to product strategy, and design scalable systems that strengthen the relationship between users and Figma—always with a strong sense of craft and user advocacy.
This opportunity applies to openings of varying seniority levels across our Monetization and Growth teams. We’ll discuss more specifics about open roles during the interview process.
