Product Designer

Job description
We are looking for a Product Designer to help us design intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling digital products. In this role, you will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs, translate them into clear flows and interfaces, and ship high-quality experiences that solve real problems.
You should be comfortable owning the design process end-to-end — from discovery and ideation through prototyping, testing, and final UI — and be able to clearly communicate your decisions with both designers and non-designers.
Responsibilities
Partner with product and engineering to define problems, requirements, and success metrics.
Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI for web and/or mobile products.
Conduct or support user research and usability testing; turn insights into design improvements.
Maintain and contribute to design systems, patterns, and component libraries.
Collaborate with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation of designs.
Iterate quickly based on feedback, data, and user behavior.
Requirements
Experience designing digital products (web, mobile, or both), ideally in a product-focused role.
Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, interaction design, and visual design skills.
Proficiency with modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, or similar).
Ability to work from problem definition to polished UI with minimal supervision.
Clear communication skills and the ability to explain design decisions.
Bonus: experience in user research, design systems, or working in a startup/tech environment.
