Role Overview Reporting to the Head of Technology, this Product Manager will play a critical role in driving the organisation's technology, data and AI transformation agenda. Sitting at the intersection of business operations, technology and delivery, you will take ownership of product initiatives that improve operational efficiency, increase data visibility and create scalable business outcomes. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will define priorities, shape roadmaps and ensure technology investments remain aligned to commercial objectives. This is a highly hands-on role that extends well beyond traditional product ownership. You will partner with business leaders to understand challenges, gather and refine requirements, shape practical solutions and coordinate delivery from concept through to implementation and adoption. A key focus will be balancing strategic priorities with day-to-day execution, while creating clarity across multiple initiatives, stakeholders and delivery teams operating in a fast-paced and evolving environment. The role will be heavily involved in several major transformation programs already underway, including data platform rollout, workflow optimisation, reporting uplift and AI-enabled process improvement. Working across internal teams, external partners and globally distributed delivery resources, you will be responsible for maintaining momentum, managing dependencies and ensuring initiatives deliver measurable business value. Responsibilities
Own and manage product roadmaps, backlogs and delivery priorities across multiple technology initiatives. Translate business problems into clear product requirements, delivery plans and practical outcomes. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand operational pain points and improvement opportunities. Coordinate geographically distributed delivery teams and maintain momentum through asynchronous ways of working. Partner with technical teams to understand delivery options, constraints, dependencies and trade-offs. Drive visibility across active initiatives, delivery sequencing, risks, priorities and expected business outcomes. Support the rollout and adoption of data, reporting, workflow and AI-enabled solutions. Improve the structure and maturity of product management and delivery practices across a lean environment. Engage with vendors, external partners and internal teams to ensure delivery remains commercially aligned. Track benefits, adoption and business value across key product and transformation initiatives. Build trust with stakeholders by simplifying complexity, communicating clearly and delivering visible progress. Help move the business toward more scalable, data-informed and operationally sustainable ways of working. Candidate Profile You are an experienced Product Manager or Product Owner who has successfully delivered complex technology, data or transformation initiatives from concept through to business adoption. You have genuine ownership experience across product roadmaps, backlogs, prioritisation and delivery, and are comfortable operating at the intersection of business and technology. Rather than simply managing requirements, you have a track record of solving business problems, influencing stakeholders and delivering practical outcomes that create measurable value. You are commercially minded, naturally curious and thrive in environments where priorities evolve and ambiguity is part of the challenge. You possess exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to build trust across executive leaders, operational stakeholders and technical delivery teams. You are adept at translating complex technical concepts into clear business language and can confidently challenge assumptions, facilitate discussions and align diverse stakeholder groups around common objectives. Experience working with geographically distributed teams is highly desirable, and you understand how to leverage modern collaboration tools and asynchronous ways of working to maintain delivery momentum across multiple regions and time zones.
