ENV (REIMB).Serves as a senior Contracting Officer Representative (COR) responsible for the programmatic pre-award and post-award contract administration of complex Information Technology (IT) contracts within the serviced organization.Provides advice and assistance to program and project personnel during the planning phases of projects to ensure proper consideration of the contractual resources and financial/technical factors needed for successful program operations.Performs ongoing analysis of each managed contract while providing recommendations for contract strategies based upon the results of these analyses.Prepares and/or presents reports, briefings, etc. about assigned IT contracts, to include hardware, software, and/or services.
