• Ownership. We're small, so there's a lot of open ground. If you spot something broken, you're the one who gets to fix it. That's the good part and the hard part.
• Openness. Problems get named early, including our own. We'd rather have an uncomfortable conversation on Monday than a bad quarter.
• AI as a tool. We build with agentic AI (Claude Code, Cursor, and whatever comes next). We're not looking for people who let it write the code unsupervised, or for people who won't touch it. We're looking for people who've worked out where it helps and where it lies to you.
• Interesting problems. The work here is genuinely unsolved in places. If you like that, you'll like it here. If you'd rather have a well-defined roadmap and a clear spec, we're probably not the right fit for eachother.

The Challenge

We are in a pivotal phase of our journey. HelpBnk is transitioning its mobile experience from a web to a full native React Native application. Simultaneously, we are revamping our UX. As a Senior Engineer, you will have a massive impact on the future of our mobile development as we expand into new countries and verticals.
