Position Overview
As the Regional Training Supervisor, youâll be facilitating the playbook for success, empowering technicians, CSRs, leaders, and sales teams with the tools they need to drive Guild Garage Groupâs growth. Youâll collaborate with a nationwide network of garage door companies to deliver cutting-edge training and coaching programs, ensuring that our workforce is equipped to deliver consistently outstanding results. Youâll also leverage your skills in data and analytics to track the success of our programs, demonstrating how your efforts are fueling growth and innovation.

Identify Training Needs:
- Youâll be the go-to expert for spotting the training gaps that are holding teams back and working with your leader to design solutions that fuel growth.
- Partner with owners, department heads, and employees to dive deep into the needs of each unique team to create a powerful training roadmap for continued development.
