ABOUT THE ROLE:

As the Regulatory Risk and Compliance Lead GL/EU, your core purpose is to lead the design, implementation and oversight of the global regulatory risk framework, support international expansion, and ensure consistent application of regulatory standards across all jurisdictions. You will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating regulatory risks, while ensuring that Tide’s compliance frameworks are embedded across the business.

This role focuses on global strategy, standard-setting, and oversight, occasionally supporting regional compliance roles that handle local regulator engagement and local BAU activities.

As the subject matter expert on particular regulations, you’ll help to steer decisions, impact strategies and support the rest of the team and business. At Tide, you’ll be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with cross-team exposure, inquisitive freedom and the ability to impact how Tide conducts its business.
