
Retail and Supply Chain Technology Engineer
SpecsaversDo you enjoy getting hands-on with technology and making sure everything runs exactly as it should? Are you someone who loves solving problems, supporting people and keeping essential systems working smoothly? We're looking for a Retail & Supply Chain Technology Operations Engineer to support our Specsavers stores and supply chain sites across Leicestershire and further afield. Candidates applying must be comfortable with travel across Midlands and surrounding areas.
You'll be the go-to person when something needs fixing, improving or implementing — whether you're on site in a store or supporting colleagues remotely. You'll work closely with store partners, supply chain leaders, service teams and third-party suppliers to keep infrastructure reliable and resilient.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in IT break/fix, troubleshooting and service delivery, with solid knowledge of technologies like Windows, Linux, Cisco networking, LAN/WLAN, TCP/IP and data centre environments. A passion for great customer service and the confidence to work independently across the region are essential.
You'll join a supportive, fast-paced team where your work has a real impact on colleagues and customers every day.
