Strong experience with Rust in production
- Background in high-performance systems, ideally in trading, crypto exchanges, HFT, DeFi infrastructure, or real-time systems
- Deep understanding of systems programming concepts:
- Experience optimising codepaths for l atency, throughput, and efficiency
Other desired skills
- Experience with C#, C++, or other systems-level languages
- Knowledge of exchange connectivity, market microstructure, or crypto market mechanics
- Exposure to FPGA, kernel bypass (DPDK, RDMA), or specialised networking stacks
