Sales Manager, Mid-Market - UK
RedditAs we continue to embark on our UK expansion, we are looking for a talented sales leader to grow and develop our Mid-Market UK Sales team.
The leader we’re looking for has deep market knowledge from years of navigating the digital marketing ecosystem, has successfully built and delivered on a strong Mid-Market book of business, and can effectively coach, support, and motivate teams of sellers to succeed within ambiguity. You would be a key pillar to Reddit’s business strategy as we forge world-class partnerships with agencies and brands. We are looking for a leader who will champion our culture and values for our leading sales organisation in Europe.
Location: This role is based in our London, UK office on a hybrid schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Define the playbook: Set the sales strategy and tactics for your market, implementing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth from Mid-Market Services clients in the UK
- Build a strong sales culture, leading your team to exceed established revenue targets and role model Challenger sales and sales rigor
- Leverage your industry knowledge and relationships with key decision-makers to support your team’s sales efforts
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and ensure the team is delivering the highest impact
