The Sales Representative is responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territory/region on products or services. Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts. Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin.

This position reports to the Sales Manager and is part of the LATAM Sales Organization located in Mexico and will be a fully remote.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Build KPIs to constantly challenge your individual performance to meet the sales targets established for your territory
  • Promote strong interaction with operational areas of BEC LS - Applications, Marketing & Administration and Services
  • Establish and maintain relationship at all levels with customers to leverage contacts, information and maximize their experience
  • Implement strategic initiatives, building a solid action plan to ensure execution
  • Drive sales campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team to accelerate lead management, including expanding customer visibility
