This position is located at the United States Army Counterintelligence Command (USACIC).Conducting quarterly reconciliation of locally accountable COMSEC material.Designing and implementing complex COMSEC Material Control System (CMCS) quality control procedures.Drafting section-level COMSEC instructions for HRH sub-accounts.Experience disseminate program changes to HRHs, and coordinate staff assistance visits to

elements.Document and reporting routine COMSEC material transfers to other accounts.Providing written findings with corrective action recommendations.
